Default Output name of monitor changes almost all time after reboot

I'm using Lubuntu 22.04, with Linux kernel 6.x.

Here is a shortened output of xrandr:

Quote:
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1024 x 768, maximum 16384 x 16384
eDP-1 connected primary 1024x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 518mm x 333mm
1024x768 59.87*+ 49.88
960x720 59.87
...
...
360x202 59.87
320x180 59.87
VGA-2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
DP-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
VGA-1-1 connected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
800x480 60.00 +
After reboot of machine, then I check xrandr again:

Quote:
VGA-1-3 connected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
800x480 60.00 +
Now the output name of DisplayLink display has changed to VGA-1-3. Sometimes it may be VGA-1-2, VGA-2-1 etc.

I have not installed any Linux drivers separately from this website on Linux, because I'm using kernel 6.x and it didn't work with that. But why does the output name of DisplayLink display always change? And how do I make it permanent? I want to have eDP-1 as my primary display and VGA-1-1 (or what name it haves) to be secondary display and it should be on the right side of the primary display.
