Default No Sound


I am using the i-tec USB 3.0 4K Ultra HD Display Adapter. Sometimes, I do not hear any sound using the device. It seems, the error occurs more often within the last few days.

Asus Zenbook 14 (UX433F), LC-Power 34'' UWQHD Monitor attached via HDMI, some cheap Logitech 2.0 sound system, attached to the monitor by 3.5mm.

So far:
1. Restarting the laptop always works to activate sound
2. Restarting the browser works in about 1/3 of the cases
3. The speaker configuration is correct, Windows help also does not find any errors.
4. Switching to Laptop Audio (for testing purposes) works but I still do not hear any sound from the monitor.
5. The setup with boxes attached to the monitor works perfectly fine on my PC but not on my laptop using the i-tec device.
6. Since I found this idea, I already created the log file using the software from you homepage.
