Default Handle Leak - USB-C Dock

Hi,

I have an application that works fine on my laptop but when connected to the widescreen monitor via a USB-C Dock starts to leak handles.

Normal handle count for this application is 400-500.
If started while laptop is connected to the USB C Dock, >20k handles and rising every 30 seconds.

Most of the handles are Manual Rest events which are used for thread synchronization.

Its a in-house application built using QT framework. If i set the backend renderer for the application to DirectX9 or software renderer there is not handle leak.

It seems to be a combination of DirectX 12/11 + USB - C Dock that causes the handle leak.

Has anyone else experienced this?
