Question Super Slow Mo Video comparing 4K framerates, and question

I just got a pair of 4K monitors. The one connected with DisplayLink feels slow, so I made a video to compare them:

I found out the Diamond DisplayLink BVU5500 adapter uses the older displaylink chip with only 30Hz. Is that the issue? If I pay for the newer 60Hz StarTech adapter (USB32DP24K60) is that going to fix it?

Default Fixed it

I bought the newer adapter and it fixed it. To my eye, the monitors have equal response times and the computer feels much faster to use. So the problem was the 30Hz frequency. The newer DP chips support 60Hz.
