Black screen on secondary monitor

Good morning,

I'm trying to install a universal docking station Displaylink on my notebook. The device is a Kensington sd3500v. I have windows 10 updated to the latest release (14393.953). My problem is that the secondary display (which is detected correctly) remain black, and it shows only the pointer if I go on. I already tried the various solutions suggested in the forum and on the website, the video driver (AMD) and all drivers are updated to the latest version. I have done many tests with different software versions (7.9 - downloaded from Kensington website, 8.1 and 8.2beta2 - downloaded from the website DisplayLink) but the problem remains the same. I also tried disabling or uninstalling my antivirus, always without success! I hope you can help me. Attached the report generated by "DisplayLink Support Tool".
