Hi,

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.

Thanks,
James

Hi,

If you connect each one individually do they both work?

How are the monitors connected? Via a USB hub? Directly to the laptop?

Thanks,
James

Yes.
If I connect one E1649FWU indivudual I can use Monitor Laptop and only one E1649FWU. I use directly to the Laptop, but I try USB Hub too.

If I connect Two E1649FWU, work only one and Laptop Monitor. Second E1649FWU dont show me image, dont work.

Thanks

Default #AOC Monitor 1 only - Log

Hi JamesH

I start log with Monitor 1 only and I start log with both monitors.
I Attach too System about monitors.
Monitor #2 dont start with HUB, so I use USB directly in Vaio, only principal USB.
