D1000 on Dell XPS 13
The two external monitors freeze a couple times a day but the built in display on the laptop does not. The only thing that fixes it is unplugging the D1000. I've updated the firmware, run a Dell Command Update and manually updated drivers as well. I've tried the steps in the article for troubleshooting too. Can anyone help with this?

Hello,
Your computer is working on two versions of our drivers. - Please disconnect the device and keep it disconnected, - Remove DisplayLink software, - Reboot, - Download 8.0 M2 driver from our website, - Install 8.0 M2 driver after having disconnected the network (to avoid your computer fetching an older version on Windows Update when you first connect). - Connect the device when requested, - Wait for drivers to complete the installation, - Reboot, - Reconnect the network. Should the issue persist, please include a new set of logs so I can see the new state your computer is in. Kind regards, Alban

Still freezing...
I'm still having the same issue with this. Could there be a problem with using the D1000 and trying to run 2 external monitors plus the built-in display on the Dell XPS 9350? New scan attached:

Thank you very much for the new logs.
Your computer can driver more than twice that many displays comfortably. The new driver seems installed properly, however I see USB errors which puts the device on hold. Were the logs captured when screens were frozen or was the computer rebooted between the freeze and log gathering? I am trying to put the logs in context with real life events to make sure I look at the right time. Would you please be able to use an alternative USB cable in a USB port in the opposite side of the laptop? Kind regards, Alban
