Default Lines are blacking out info I need to see

I use my monitors for work, and the screens are very pixilated and spotty like little dots and the colors look strange. but the worse part is that information I need to read has black lines running through it. sometimes it is colored and I have to keep clicking on the size% window to be able to read items, but sometimes I cant read them at all, they stay colored or blacked out. Please help.

Thanks,

Hello,

You don't mention anything about the particular hardware platform nor what driver version you are using. To get any sort of meaningful feedback, please run the debug tools for the devs to get an idea of what device(s)/configuration(s) this issue is occurring on. Collect the information and attach it to the post.

Here is a link that mentions how to do that:

That really sounds like a hardware issue. If the blank lines are a pixel wide, it sounds like the buffer memory we use in the device is corrupted or not being read properly when we render to the monitor.

I don't think it is a software issue.
