The device is working and recognized because i connected there my mouse in USB and also phone and it's working great. |

Hello,
Your mouse is unlikely to be USB 3, and so are most phones. There are several communication pipes and chips in the product. For the test to work you need to connect a USB 3 product, or downgrade the full dock to USB 2 using a USB 2 cable. Kind regards, Alban
