Display Link not working with Ubuntu 20.4

I use an ACER Aspire 5 running an Ubuntu 20.04 LTS OS. When I connect the display link duck from my USB C output, all the USB ports are working but the HDMI output ports do not send any signals to the monitors. I have followed the procedure for installing all drivers but I still can get the displays to work.
Who has a solution for this please?
NB: when I was using UBUNTU 18.04 LTS, the displays were good.
