Default Weird display corruption in motion on Ubuntu 22.04 + AMD GPU

I am on Ubuntu 22.04
5.15.0-57-generic

1. I have an RX6900XT as my primary monitor display. The rest of my 3 monitors are coming from a displaylink dock. It affects all 3 of the displays.

2. I am using xorg, not wayland.

3. This issue does not happen on Windows 11 X64. It does NOT affect Wayland either.

4. I am using Displaylink 5.6.1

5. This is the dock I am using:

Has anyone else seen this behavior? It is not exactly screen tearing, it's more screen corruption.

Here's a short clip of it in action:
