Hello, how long does it usually take to get an answer? Not that I don't have any patience, but if the product isn't working, I want to return it in time. Thanks

We're looking into this but we can't figure out what's wrong. It appears that the communication with the monitor is not happening correctly. Still, in these cases you should be able to see some default resolutions. At the moment I can only suggest the obvious: check cables, try the monitor with different systems, try a different video interface if you have the right cables for it. Which monitor model is it? I guess you are using HDMI to connect to it. Regards, Carlo Last edited by Carlo; 05-01-2015 at 10:33 AM. Reason: Wrong interface |
