Default Using docking staion, second external screen stuck with two resolutions.

Hi,

I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 on a Dell Lattitude 5480 with i-tec USB-C Dual docking station and two Iiyama ProLite XB2481HS screens.
My second screen hooked up with DP <-> HDMI cable is stuck with two resolutions (800x600 and 1024x768) and is not being recognized by Ubuntu.

This is what I'm seeing in dmesg
Code:

I'm trying to figure out if this is an issue related to DisplayLink, docking station, or graphic card driver.
