Default Displaylink doesn't work, doesn't recognize monitors --ubuntu 19.04

Hi,

Recently I purchased Displaylink D3100, but it doens't work on Ubuntu 19.04.
I installed "DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Ubuntu 5.2" and connected usb cable, but nothing happens and monitor is still black.

I attached log from DLSupport Tool. One thing I noticed, "_errors.txt" says,

('/home/root/.local/share/xorg', 'Xorg.*') -> [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/root/.local/share/xorg'

However, I do have the folder, /home/username/.local/share/xorg
and inside, Xorg.0.log, Xorg.0.log.old, Xorg.1.log

What should I do?

Thanks,
