Default Ubuntu 18.0.4 DisplayLink device detected however still nothing is displayed

Hi,

I have recently installed ubuntu 18.0.4 and latest DisplayLink software. However there is still nothing displayed on the monitor.

When i run the command; lsusb -d 17e9:
the device is listed; Bus 002 Device 006: ID 17e9:430c DisplayLink

Attached is the output of the DLSupport tool.

I would appreciate your help.
