Switched from Mac Pro M1 to Mac Air M2 with DELL D6000 and 3 monitors (1 not working)

I have the same problem, My macbook pro M1 14-inch got stolen and I now have a MacBook pro M2 13-inch and only two of three monitors work, those connected via displayport. The third, connected with HDMI does not work.

Even my old 2017 MacBook Pro worked with three monitors.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
