I have a Lenovo T480 with following specs:
i7-8650U 32GB Ram 500GB SSD Intel UHD 620 Nvidia MX150 this is connected to a Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 station. Windows is 20H2 and I am facing very poor performance during meetings with video or watching videos. During bad performance I see high CPU and GPU usage, if I use only the laptop without docking station it performs great, as expected. I think this is caused from the Intel adapter, any help? |

Hello,
Could you confirm that you are using the Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 as pictured in the following Lenovo website? https://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/sol...-service-parts Best regards, Alban

According to s/n I have the ThinkPad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A Dock - Type 40AF
https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/p...ds/driver-list So it is not the one you shared, I can see that mine has two displayports while the one you shared has one. Last edited by tomeye; 06-19-2021 at 06:57 AM. |
