DA100 USB device not recognized
A DA100 is getting the "USB device not recognized" message. It is the only USB device getting this message.
The Dell laptop is XPS Windows 8.1. I installed DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows. Are there any other drivers to use? |

Hello,
"USB device not recognized" is not a fault of the driver but the device as it states. Unless Windows knows what device is connected, Windows will not know which device driver to assign to it. I recommend you contact Dell, the manufacturer, to discuss a replacement. Kind regards, Alban
