Default Version check

Took a while before I could check version.
Carefully removed all traces I could find of 1.0.* things.
/usr/libexec/displaylink/DisplayLinkManager
is the 1.1.65 version.

On both 4.5.7 abd 4.4.9 kernels the only thing in dmesg is :

It just seem to me that this version of the displaylink driver refuses to recognize the MB168+ display
