Lenovo USB3 dock, Helix, Win8, Artifacts
Random artifacts using a Lenovo USB 3.0 dock on a Lenovo Helix running Windows 8.1. Intel display and dock drivers are at the latest releases available.
Also, is there a way to check the firmware version of the dock? Thanks, Casey |

Hi,
Open up device manager, open up Universal Serial Bus controllers and right click on the entry called “Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub”. There may be several of these so select “Properties”, select “Details”, change “Property” to “Hardware Ids” and the REV_xxxx value will tell you what version of firmware is programmed on the hub. Suggest posting each of the results. Thanks, James |

Screen Cap of Problem
Screen Cap of Problem.
I'll check the firmware when I am able. This is the CEO's computer. Last edited by cerdmier; 01-15-2015 at 11:09 AM. Reason: More |

FW REVs
There are 3 USB SS Hubs listed. The First has REV 9212, and the other two are REV 2198. I have another user with the exact PC and dock setup. His FW and drivers are exactly the same, no problem with his. I think this might come down to the CEO having an increased DPI setting for his desktop.
