Same problem
All of a sudden my 2 external monitors are dead. Additionally, the network connection to the dock is not live. I installed displaylink driver 7.4 but no change.
Did you find a solution? |

Hi,
Please run through this guide for general troubleshooting tips: http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=896 To help us investigate the issue, please download this tool: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 Run it and select "Gather Support Information" then attach the output. It's also worth trying the "System Compatibility Check" to see if anything is flagged up. Thanks, James |

I have the exact same issue. Odd thing was, they were working just fine yesterday. Not so today. I have rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers and software. Upgraded/Downgraded by video drivers. Nothing works. Logs are attached.
