Mac OS X 10.6.6, USB 2.0 UGA WS-UG17D1
I have the same problem,
I'm trying to run 2xAOC 23" (e2343F) on my 15" MacBook Pro MB986(A1286) i can't get full 1920x1080 and work more slowly than my integrated videocard |

hey,
there is a minimalstic graphic-card inside... also the speed is slowed down, cause of the USB. so it is just for surfing or reading oder stuff like this. games and videos are like a picture-show... but under windows it is working better... dont know why... do you have the 1920 oder 2049 model? nice weekend |

i dont need it for game and watching movies, i need it just for Stock Chart with chart it works ok, but resolution it is a trouble, because my first display have 1920-1080 resolution and i can not set the same resolution on the second display, it is not comfortable for my eyes and for my sets. i bought THIS card because i don't need more. somebody has solved this problem? if yes please help why this card does not issue permit resolution? |

i've bought the "higher" plug,
because in a forum ive read that under OS X only the 2048 is able to display the 1920 resolution... the 1920 plug IS NOT able to display the 1920... paradox, hu? so, invest 5€/$ more and u're done... maybe in future time, the driver is able to display that, but not now... sry |

MB Pro 15" Late 2009, 2 Samsung SyncMaster BX2331 23" and 1 WS-UGA17D1. Resolution is up to 1680x1050 Is there any fix?

Hitting the same issue here as well. Macbook Pro. Dual Dell P2411H monitors with native 1920x1080 resolution. The one connected via the Displayport is fine, but the one connected to the adapter tops out (frustratingly) at 1280x1024. The adapter I use is a Monoprice 6040.
I can attach my DisplayLink debug information if needed. |
