Screen Freeze - Multiple Units

Was there any difference if the display resolution was changed? Color depth, or refresh rate of the monitor on the display link adapter? Did a different usb cable make any difference?

Hi peiffer83,

We didn't try other USB cables but we did see the problem on five different units, each with their own cables so i don't think it was cable specific. Also some users had their screen resolutions at different settings according to the monitor they were using but all had the same freeze problem.
