Ok, after using the Doublesight for a couple of days, I'm still having the standby issue with it.
I just wiped my hard drive and did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 too followed by install of all Windows updates. I thought the issue only affected the MIMO UM-710S? |

Hi
It looks like you may have different problem, but the same symptoms I'm afraid . Could you download the debug tool, turn on advanced logging and then post the logs when the problem occurs? Does it happen every time? Debug tool is here. Thanks Wim |

It doesn't happen every time I wake the monitors out of standby, but it still does happen.
A temporary fix I have come up with (short of physically unplugging its USB cable then plugging it back in) is to replace its USB cable with one that has an on/off switch built in. Now whenever my Doublesight doesn't come out of standby, I press the on/off switch on the USB cable to turn it off then press it again to get the Doublesight back. |

Regardless, I'll still hold out some hope for one day using it regularly then. I'm hoping the release where the problem is finally sorted out will have a nice big release note saying it's finally fixed. It will certainly make my day to put my music player back on it regularly. Though the flickering/etc is only a minor annoyance. Once my blue screen issues are gone I'll be fairly content I think. |

I wish I had known about this before the return period for my MIMO 710S passed.
