Default I-Tec Thunderbolt 4 doesn't work with two external monitors

Hi everyone

I am using a MacBook Air with M3 and bought a display docking station with two graphic chips. https://i-tec.pro/en/produkt/tb4dual...OTc1MS4wLjAuMA..

It is referring to DisplayLink and says, that it's compatible with the Macbook.

However, as I am using it with two monitors I can just use one at a time.

I can get to the point that when I'm closing the Mac, the picture switches onto the two external screens, when when I open back up again, I have the internal display, an external display, and sound on the second external display. But never I can drive all three monitors.

What am I missing?
