Mac Sonoma 14.1 + Displaylink - 4th Monitor Turns on/off after Mac Sleep
Issue: 4th Monitor (plugged into the most left port when looking at the displaylink (the one with HDMI only) is turning on/off AFTER mac power sleep
I'm able to resolve this with a reboot and/or unplugging the DisplayLink and plugging it back in (USB-C). This doesn't always work but works after enough times Here is a video of the issue happening I've tried swapping the HDMI cable as well Using DisplayLink 1.10.0 - Build 117 Model : Minisopuru Displaylink Triple Display Docking Station for MacBook M1/M2/Windows I see the hub in the System Profile, USB 3.1 Bus Display Stats Online displays count: 4 Display ID: 0x1 Flags: ["MAIN"] Mode: 2560x1440@1e+02 Position: (0.0, 0.0) Rotation: 0.0 Display ID: 0x2 Flags: [] <-- This is the display having the issue Mode: 2560x1440@75 Position: (0.0, -1440.0) Rotation: 180.0 Display ID: 0x4 Flags: [] Mode: 2560x1440@1e+02 Position: (-2560.0, 0.0) Rotation: 0.0 Display ID: 0x5 Flags: [] Mode: 2560x1440@1e+02 Position: (2560.0, 0.0) Rotation: 0.0 *When I say 4th monitor it is really the 3rd monitor (HDMI input on device, far left port when looking at back (Display ID: 0x2)) System Stats Apple M1 16GB Mac HD Mac OS 14.1 (23B74) Product ID: 0x6000 Vendor ID: 0x17e9 (DisplayLink (UK) Ltd.) Any ideas? Also, does anyone have advice on how to keep the monitors from sleeping under Mac, I've tried all the System Settings but can't get mac to just leave everything on. I've also been looking for some terminal commands to reboot USB-C so I don't have to reach down and reset the cable (which is a PIA) but no avail yet. Thanks for your help!!!
