Macbook Pro 16" Clamp shall mode is laggy
Hello, forum,
I have an error. I have a Lenovo DisplayLink Hub and 1.8.1(build 63.180) and use two monitors—BenQ 27@1080p and Gigabyte 27@1440p both 140 hz. All are connected to a 2019 Macbook Pro 16" with Intel i9 with 16GB on RAM and Version 13.3.1 (22E261). My usage is 2 windows of Google Chrome with basic work. and 1 window of Firefox with Youtube videos. The problem is that all the time the computer is laggy and uses more than 60% of CPU usage, and this is worst when I play a video on Youtube or try to move fast between windows and desks or with any type of video call in Zoom. I found that using the low resolution and downgrading the refresh rate to 120. (Current setup). This help to down the CPU usage to no more than 20% in the worst case. My question is any type or working in a permanent solution, so we can use the default resolution? Any of you have another recommendation? In advance, thank you for reading and commenting. |
