Probably caused by : WUDFRd.sys ( WUDFRd!WdfObjectList<RdDeviceInterface,RdDeviceInt erfaceParameters>::EnumFirst+22 )

This is caused by a driver for a removable USB drive (WUDFRd.sys)
I'd suggest checking in with the USB drive manufacturer for the latest driver.
