Having IOMMU on causes the DisplayLink driver to malfunction (turning it off allows all connected adapters to function normally). This is a simple request to disable IOMMU support in the driver so that linux systems that use virtualization can still use DisplayLink adapters on the host.

Hi,
A pull request that should address this has recently been merged into the devel branch of evdi project. https://github.com/DisplayLink/evdi/...a57ba3042b930f Cheers, Michal |

I don't think the commit is working. I build the driver from the devel branch and still had to disable iommu to get anything to work.

The latest release of the driver does seem to be working. Perhaps there was an issue with the way I built from the devel branch.
