Win 8.1, Mouse lag
Hello,
for me it is the first time to use a DisplayLink-Docking Station (Asus HZ-1, USB 3.0) with my Asus Zenbook UX301 with 2 external (DVI) Monitors @ 1920x1200. The Problem is, that the mouse cursor lags. Sometimes it is hidden for a few pixel. The problem is solved, when there is a movie (or youtube-video) running on one of the screens. Does the driver fell into an enegry-saving-mode if there are not that big changes on the screen? Best, Johannes |

Hi,
Is the lag on both external monitors? What mode (extend/mirror/notebook monitor off/primary) are your monitors in? Does the lag persist if you choose the High Performance mode in the Control Panel|Power Options|Power Plans options? Please attach the output of this tool: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 Thanks, James |

Hi James,
yes, the computer runs in the Performance mode. The Problem witrh the mouse is on bouth displays. I attached the support-File and a short video which shoes the blinking Cursor (without any movement of it). Best, Johannes Last edited by basstscho; 04-23-2014 at 05:00 AM. |

Hi James,
now it looks really good! But why didn't the search for updates find this update? I used it just before running the support tool. Best, Johannes |
