I'm experiencing a problem with a displaylink device freezing up. The external monitor the device is attached to is generating the following symptoms.
1. freezing on current screen 2. refreshing at a slow rate. 3. turning the screen black. unplugging and re-plugging the device sets everything straight again. Below are my system specs. I just recently downloaded the new 5.6 driver and will see if this resolves. Can you check you are using Windows Aero mode, rather than basic mode?
If this doesn't solve it, please post your log files here. Wim |

Windows is running in Aero mode. I'm having trouble uploading the files to this forum. The file is 183mb and the upload tool is timing out. I can pull some specific files from the zip folder if there is something you need to take a look at.

I really need the DisplayLink*.log files. You can remove any setup* files and the memory.dmp if its in there.

Alright. I removed the memory.dmp file and was was able to upload it. I think the browser kept timing out when attempting to upload the file
