10.8, log says "DID NOT FIND VRAM"
The screen stays black when I plug in my NewerTech DL adapter.
I'm using version 1.8 (39186). I installed it after installing 10.8 clean on a new SSD. This is a MacBook Pro mid-2009 17". Every once in a while it flickers but it never shows a screen. A monitor does not appear in the Displays Preferences Arrangement tab. The display and adapter work with Lion. 2012-07-31 1:09:52.000 PM kernel[0]: USBF: 306519.418 [0xffffff80177dfc00] The IOUSBFamily is having trouble enumerating a USB device that has been plugged in. It's working?
I rebooted my MBP today (let the battery run out whoops), and shortly after logging in, I saw my screens (internal and displayport) go black for a second. I've seen that happen before with DisplayLink installed, so I decided to try plugging it in again.
It's working again! |
