DisplayLink Manager not seeing any Displaylink devices
Currently I am on Ventura 13.4 using Displaylink 1.8.1 (I have tried to downgrade to 1.8)
I am connected to a Dell TD19DCS Docking station I have 3 monitors hooked up to the docking station 2 via DP and 1 HDMI I have tried fresh installs of all Displaylink drivers following I have verified firmware on the docking station is up to date I have verified the screen recording is enabled as well I have tested the docking station with a PC and it worked correctly I tested with another Mac and it worked correctly I have screen shots of all USB connection |

I’m having the same issue. Using a Dell WD19 dock with the same M1 on the same OS with the same version of DisplayLink.
It’s killing my workflow with only two screens (one monitor and the MacBook). |

Hello,
Dell Performance Dock – WD19DCS and Dell WD19 are not DisplayLink powered devices. These docking stations will not communicate with DisplayLink driver or be detected by the driver. Dell D3100, Dell D6000 and Dell UD22 are DisplayLink powered docking stations. It is best to contact the manufacturer or seller you bought the devices from for further support of WD19DCS and WD19.
