Hi,
I'm having issue with my USB 2 Display Adapter on Windows 8.1 (model WS-UG17D1) I tried different drivers version, 7.4, 7.6, 7.7M4 and the one provided through Windows Update and they all do the same : When I plug the adapter, the led switch on for about 1/4 of second before switching of and then, nothing... The device is properly recognized under Windows devices management I tried different USB ports on different controllers (USB 2 and 3) I tried different USB cables I tried to uninstall and reinstall properly each driver version I even tried to format and reinstall Windows from scratch And also tried the "DisplayLinc cleaner tool" before reinstalling last version (as described on the website) and the "HOWTO: Debugging issues on Windows with DisplayLink" Still the same issue. The computer is a laptop (HP 8570p) and you can find the log from "DisplayLink Support Tool 1.0.0.22" attached. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks Last edited by molo; 04-27-2015 at 01:16 PM. |
