Tray Icon not showing
Hello,
I am using a Silex SX-ND-4350WAN network graphics adapter, that uses display link components. The display is connected to a Windows 10 machine and working fine. Only the tray icon is not showing up. I tried installing the latest drivers, but that did not change anything. The HardwareID is correct. The log files are attached. Thank you for your help. FelR |

Hi,
On Windows 10 the tray icon has reduced functionality. I'd recommend using the Windows provided Display settings to control your monitor. Thanks, James |

Hi James,
the Tray Icon is not shown at all. I need to adjust the edges of the display and with Windows Display settings that cannot be done. FelR |

Hello FelR,
it is not normal that tray icon is not visible of course. Can you try to open process monitor and kill DisplayLinkUI.exe? It should be started again automatically. If this process is not there, you may try to start it manually by running DisplayLinkUI.exe in C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software BR, Kuba |
