Default Windows 10 + Asus MB168+ uncompatible drivers

Hello,

I followed many times the procedure to install properly my Asus MB168+ after windows 10 update without any success.

The device try to plug-in several times after what the screen stays black and Windows notify: "installed drivers are not compatible".

Is there any new drivers under development to solve the issue ?

Thanks for your work and your help !

Hi,

Could you try these steps for me?
1. Disconnect your device
2. Uninstall DisplayLink software from the Control Panel
3. Run the DisplayLink Cleaner tool from here: http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...rticles/533821
4. Install the latest DisplayLink software from here: http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/index.php
5. Reconnect your device
6. Try and launch the apps that were crashing

Hi,

Please try v7.9 M2 from here which I think may have fixed this issue:
http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/downloads.php

If that doesn't help please post the output from this tool:

Thanks,
James

Thank you James,
I uninstalled, cleaned and reinstall the drivers following your link above.
However I still have the same issue. Please find attached the output from your Windows DisplayLink support tool.
