After the update from Win 8.0 to Win 8.1 the PC don't find the Targus Hardware. I've tryed everything is writen on your Homepage even the cleaning tool, i have cleaned the registry, reinstalled the Driver, but nothing works.
I have an Dell XPS 12 and an Targus ACP70EU Here is wath the Support tool reports: Pass: Graphics driver date Pass: WEI is above recommended 3 Pass: No Other USB graphics software installed Pass: Basic mode support Warning: Device not attached Anyone can help me? |

We have the same laptop - I know what your problem is. Scroll down and find my post about changing the USB 3.0 drivers to Intel. I had the same symptoms, and that fixed my issue.
