Hello,
May you please indicate which version of XenApp you are trying to run?
We've recently been made aware of an issue with the new 7.6 version with 7.5 working correctly. We are in contact with Citrix to try and address that. In the meantime, if you use 7.6, may you please try with 7.5 to see if that works better?
If that doesn't, would you please be able to give us a log report so we can add it to the analysis? KB544810 - How can I report Windows installation issues to DisplayLink?
