Default Macbook Air M1 (Big Sur) with HP USB-C G2 dock - Reboot Issue

Dear all,

I have a Macbook Air M1, with Big Sur 11.6 version.

It's connected with two external HP E233 displays, using the HP USB-C G2 dock via displayport. Macbook is in clamshell mode.

After installing latest Displaylink Manager software everything works as expected, except when rebooting the mac. When I reboot it (or turn it off/on) I must disconnect the dock, or it won't boot (displays won't get recognized and macbook screen will only show the mouse pointer, anything else). If dock is not connected to the macbook, it will turn on / reboot properly.

HP dock firmware is also at the latest version.

Could you please help me with this matter? I would like to avoid having to plug/unplug the dock everytime.

Thanks in advance and greetings from Spain.

UPDATE : If macbook goes into suspend mode, screens won't come back too. Unpluging the dock is also needed as, until that moment, displaylink manager appears as frozen in the system. Once the dock is unplugged and plugged again, software works properly again (without even having to close it).
