Hi Jakub,
Unfortunatly, still no luck with that fix.
I spent some time performing various Windows and driver updates, then repeated all of your suggested fixes, all to no avail.
I've attached the support logs for the current setup and here's some info from the properies window in Device Manager:
The Device Status is:
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."
and the event log has the following error:
"Device USB\VID_17E9&PID_6006&MI_00\7&18fba3e9&9&0000 had a problem starting.
Driver Name: oem104.inf
Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Service: WUDFRd
Lower Filters:
Upper Filters: IndirectKmd
Problem: 0x1F
Problem Status: 0xC0000001"
I hope all this info helps you to find some resolution to the issue.
Thanks,
Lachlan
