Thank you for your patience.

I have verified the log files and I see there possible issues during installation process.

Please try the following:
1. Run our EndUser cleaner: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?d=64
2. Install the newest driver

This will allow for a clean installation process and will give more insight into this case.

If it won't resolve your issue, please follow up one more time with the logs.
