Hi,

1. Bring up the Metro interface and type "cmd" (without the quotes)
2. Right click on the "Command Prompt" search result and select "Run as administrator"
3. In the command prompt type "sc delete GManager" (without the quotes) and hit Enter.
4. Reboot and you should be good to go.
