Thank you for providing the logs and your patience, this is helpful.

I can see that the driver is using the inferred resolution of 2048x1152. We have addressed that in driver version 8.1 not to use inferred modes at first connect as, even if most monitors support them, TVs are more picky. However, if the TV was first connected with 8.0, Windows has recorded it.

I would recommend you right click on the desktop, then click on display settings, then change the resolution to 1920x1080@60hz which is supported by your TV as it advertises it in its EDID.
