If your PC does support DisplayPort Alternate Mode and you are having issues with the HDMI output on the D6000, be sure to update the dock's firmware to the latest

Note that this firmware is not related to the DisplayLink software that is already installed. Also you'll need a Windows PC to update the dock's firmware.
