Please follow the steps here to gather logfiles and send the logs and more details of what monitors are working and not working to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com.

Please keep in mind that HP USB-C Dock G5 is not a DisplayLink powered device, it will not be able to communicate with our drivers. We are not able to provide support for this product, please contact HP support directly for further support of this product.
Hi vpwang, did KatarzynaKowalczyk solution worked for you? did anyone got this solved? or is this no longer an issue?

I'm postponing my upgrade of macOS to Ventura just because of this issue reported in this thread.

This is my current setup, works fine:

Device: MacBook Pro M1 2020
OS: macOS 12.6.3
DisplayLink manager version: 1.6.1
DisplayLink Device:
Dell D6000S
2 X LG UltraFine Ergo 27UN880-B connected by DisplayPort
