Please make sure that you are able to see the Belkin doing station under the USB bus:
My DisplayLink device does not work at all when connecting on macOS X.
If it is showing but the external monitors are not working, then please tell me how each of them is connected exactly to which port in the docking station. Let me know if there are any converters/additional adapters connected etc.
