Dear Support

Due to error message received this morning when connecting to DisplayLink, I've reinstall Ubuntu Dell 16.04 with the dell recovery image.
My Laptop is DELL PRECISION 5520 with Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS

After install Display Link driver, the dock was working fine with 2 external screen
The dock is a lenovo thinkpas USB 3 pro dock

Then I've launched the standard apt-get update then apt-get upgrade

Then reboot and reconnect to the dock. Unfortunately the problem is back.

I'm wondering if kernel update has something linked with my issue

I've tryed to uninstall and install Display link driver without success

I've attache de zip from DLSupportTool
