Hello,
The device shouldn't be called "NCM" as this is the unbranded name.
This suggests the driver is blocked.

Do you have a network adapter in the list (even if non-functional)?

If not, are you using an end point protection software (McAfee, ESOD....) which blocks the creation of network adapters?

Finally, could you look in my forum signature to see how to provide me with the zip of the log files so I can look at them?
