Based on your description I would recommend testing different resolution modes.
Mainly, please add 1360x786 first and then 1368x768 and test it on them. In order to do it, please take a look at
this article. Article describes a general change for VGA.
In your case it should be probably:
DVI-I-1-1 (DVI- xxxx) and probably
gtf 1360 768 59.9, the rest accordingly.
Mode name should stay custom.
