I got rid of my Dell USB-C Dock and bought an Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock.
Now I have all my resolutions back, without needing DisplayLink.
And the greatest thing:
The random disconnects of WIFI & Bluetooth are gone! With the Dell D-6000 and other USB-C Docks/Dongles there seem to be some general problems:

And switching to a Thunderbolt 3 Dock solved all of them!
